KMML handed over its dividend for the year 2009-10 to Hon’ble Minister for industries Shri Elamaram Kareem and Hon’ble Minister For Finance Dr.Thomas Issac in the function held at Executive Lounge of Mascot hotel on 08.12.2010. Managing Director Shri N.R.Subramaniam handed over the cheque for Rs.15, 46, 63,600/- which is the highest of the dividend ever paid to the government. In the financial year Rs.60 crores were given by the KMML as loan and share for the launching of 8 new PSUs in the state. Addl Chief Secretary Shri.Balakrishnan,I.A.S, Industries Secretary Shri Alkeshkumar,I.A.S, RIAB chairman Shri Jhon Mathai were attended the meeting. Executive Director Shri.C.J.George, General Manager Shri Sunil Chako, Jt.General Manager Shri Ajaya Krishnan, PRO Anil Muhammed were represented the company in the handing over function.
