The commitment to society as practiced by KMML has been a real trend setter in the State.

KMML operates as a responsible corporate citizen, utilising its resources for the development of the local community. The company lends top priority in employing the local people and also in suitably compensating / employing the people whose lands were/are acquired by KMML. Of its total employee strength of 1770, 1067 are local people who were affected by the project. This represents 60% of the total employee strength.
